The Orchestra Fee is $20. This covers expenses required of all students not budgeted by the district: contest fees and uniforms. Please type "Orchestra fee" in the comment field. Please pay by October 25.
The Orchestra t-shirt is $15. This is our required uniform for all concerts and field trips. Returning 8th grade may use last year's shirt or buy a new one. Family may order extra! Please pay by October 25.
School Instrument Rental is $30, required of any student who plays one for the year. Be sure to turn in this form with your payment by October 25.
You may choose not to use Revtrak, but it is Pasadena ISD's policy to accept paper cash only for all purchases in person. PISD doesn't accept personal checks, money orders, or wireless transfers (Venmo, PayPal, etc)
For families enrolled in WIC and government assisted meals / income, the orchestra offers the required shirt ($15), fall fee ($20) and school instrument fee ($30) at no charge to the family. Rosin, shoulder rest / rock stop, and a folding stand will be loaned for the year.
Scholarship recipients are required to remain academically eligible (pass all classes) for all orchestra events, attend all required concerts and rehearsals, and maintain an 80% playing test average.
