Mentoring Expectations

Please remember our expectation is to have checked in with AT LEAST 80% of your mentoring groups every 2 weeks. Your data should be at 100% of students checked in every 4 weeks.

Please ensure you are setting a schedule and creating a rhythm to check in with your students. We all know this is a crucial part of what we do and mentoring directly correlates to students success.
