Since its creation in 2001 through Republic Act No. 9029, Partido State University (ParSU) has remained steadfast in its mission to provide quality education to students in the Partido District and neighboring provinces. As a public higher education institution, ParSU has grown to become a beacon of hope and progress in the Bicol Region, serving as a vital partner in nation-building through instruction, research, extension, and production.

ParSU is composed of seven campuses strategically situated in the fourth legislative district of Camarines Sur, colloquially called the Partido Area. Each campus plays a unique role in delivering accessible, relevant, and transformative education to the youth, while collectively advancing the University’s vision of academic excellence and social responsibility.

As an institution, ParSU champions quality in all aspects of its operations. We believe that the true measure of a university is not only in the number of graduates it produces but in the caliber of professionals it contributes to the community. To this end, we have consistently subjected ourselves to the rigorous evaluation of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. Our commitment to continuous quality assurance has been recognized nationally, when in 2019, ParSU was awarded as Top 1 among SUCs in the Philippines with the Highest Percentage of Accredited Programs over the Total Accreditable Programs from 1992 to 2019.

Today, we continue this tradition of excellence by applying for Institutional Accreditation for our Goa Campus. This campus is home to five colleges: College of Arts and Humanities, College of Business and Management, College of Education, College of Science, and College of Engineering and Computational Science. These academic units have consistently upheld 100% accreditation in their programs, a clear testament that ParSU is more than ready to undergo institutional evaluation.

ParSU’s annual engagement in program accreditation activities reflects our unwavering determination to pursue the highest standards of quality. Accreditation is not an end but a way of ensuring that our processes, systems, and outputs are continually enhanced for the benefit of our students and stakeholders.
