Pahimangno is the campus publication of the College of Agribusiness and Community Development (Partido State University - Salogon Campus).

Its name comes from the Bikol word pahimangno, which conveys guidance, direction, reminder, or counsel. The name reflects what we believe campus journalism should do: not merely tell people what happened, but help the college community understand what is happening, why it matters, and where conversations may lead.

Rooted in the identity of CACD, Pahimangno tells stories of students, educators, farmers, entrepreneurs, communities, organizations, and people working toward meaningful development.

Through responsible journalism, thoughtful commentary, creative expression, and community-centered storytelling, we seek to inform, reflect, question, connect, and contribute to the growth of our college community.
