Breaking HSC Rules

Every year NESA receives a small amount of reports on HSC students breaching exam rules.

Students breach these rules when they take unauthorised notes or equipment into an exam, or is otherwise disrespectful of the examination conditions.

The breach of examination rules is deemed to be malpractice when the student uses the unauthorised notes or equipment to gain to gain an unfair advantage.

NESA officers investigate all reported cases.
