Uniform Information - Dress Code
At CathWest Innovation College, we continue to take pride in providing our students with a learning environment that reflects professionalism, belonging, and respect. How a student wears the college uniform gives a clear message about how the student sees themselves and the school.
CathWest uniform is supplied by Oz Fashions. Orders are to be placed via cathwest.uniforms4u.com.au Password: cw2770
From Day 1, 2026, all students will be required to wear College-branded work pants, track pants, shorts or a skirt as part of the official CathWest dress code. These items are to be worn alongside the College-branded polo shirt, jacket/hoodie, or Year 12 commemorative jersey.
From the start of the 2026 school year, students will no longer be allowed to wear their own choice of pants, track pants, shorts or skirts.
The new items have been selected to ensure comfort, practicality, and alignment with the College’s professional standards. Families can purchase all uniform items through Oz Fashions .
Please scan the QR code on the flyer below to access the Oz Fashions website. No phone orders or messages will be accepted. A size guide is provided on the Oz Fashions website under each garment selected. Please note measurements may vary 1-2 cm and are only an approximate sizing of the uniform items. Please measure an item of clothing, NOT your child.
Please place your order as soon as possible to guarantee you have your uniform to start school in 2026. To ensure delivery of your uniform to the college prior to the end of the school year, orders need to be placed by Monday 1st December 2025. Orders placed by this date will be delivered to the college by Wednesday 10th December 2025. Late orders will be delivered from mid January 2026 - depending on date of order.
Please Note:
Please note, some items displayed on the Oz Fashions website do not display the CathWest logo however, all purchased uniform will be embroidered with the CathWest logo and this is included in the advertised price.
Students can choose ANY colour combinations from the range for the polo shirts, including the hi vis polos.
Delivery to the college is every Wednesday during the school term - free of charge.
Once your order is placed there is a 2–3-week turnaround for delivery to the college.
Orders can be picked up from the Oz Fashions store in Granville or delivered to your home or work address at a freight charge of $10.00. If you would like one of these options please email orders@ozfashions.com.au for confirmation that your order is ready.
Please choose carefully as the supplier does not refund if you simply change your mind or order the incorrect size. They may be able to exchange the size depending on where the order is up to. We recommend you use the size chart provided on the website to determine your size before ordering. If you are unsure of the sizing, please email orders@ozfashions.com.au for further guidance.
The college does have some sample uniforms in various sizes at the each campus if you would prefer to pop in and have a look or try one on for size before ordering.
The Oz Fashions store in Granville does not sell the CathWest uniform (off the shelf).
Please process your orders as soon as possible to guarantee you will have the required uniform to start the school year. If you have any questions regarding uniforms, please contact Chauntelle at Oz Fashions: orders@ozfashions.com.au

Attendance Expectations and Leave Procedures
ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS have been established to ensure your child has every opportunity to achieve their potential. It is important that students model the expectation of the workplace in relation to punctuality, whole and partial day absences. Please note if you are required to make an appointment for your child E.g., Doctor’s or specialist appointment, we ask that where possible, this is made outside of school hours. Driving Lessons and Driving Tests are not valid reasons for missing school.
LEAVE REQUESTS: If your child is required to take extended leave from school, there is a process to follow that must be adhered to well in advance of the requested leave period:
Travel (1-4 days): Request put in writing to the College Principal.
Travel (5+ days): Application for Extended Leave to be completed and submitted.
Participation in Elite Sport program and/or Exceptional Circumstances: Application for Exemption from Attendance at School to be completed and submitted.

Transportation Links
Applications are now open for 2026 School Student Transport Scheme (SSTS) travel.
Students in the Opal network applying for an Opal card (including a Term Bus Pass) for the first time will receive their School Opal card at their nominated postal address from mid-January 2026.
Students who require a School Opal card or travel pass but have not yet applied need to apply or update their details as soon as possible.
In the Opal network, students should travel with a Child/Youth Opal card until they receive their valid School Opal card. If outside Greater Sydney, parents should contact their local bus operator to discuss their travel needs.
To ensure a smooth process, applications and updates need to be completed no later than Monday 8 December 2025. After this date, school office staff need to authorise all online applications including updated applications.
Terms of Use
Students using School Opal cards must tap on and tap off in line with the Opal terms of use.
This includes travel within the approved times between 6.30am and 7.00pm from Monday to Friday on school days only. Students must use their Child/Youth Opal card for any travel outside these times.
All students are required to comply with the Student code of conduct. The code of conduct aims to ensure the safety and well-being of school children and other passengers. It is important that parents ensure their child is aware of this, as failure to comply with the code of conduct can result in a suspension from travel. .
