I am going to design and make the Aroha box for my dad. Then the second one is for someone who is less fortunate and doesn't have as much as others on Christmas day. I am going to give my second Aroha Box to someone in Greymouth that I know that is less fortunate . The reason I am making this gift because it is pretty cool to give someone a gift who is less fortunate. It is also cool to give a family member a homemade gift instead of store bought. If I have time I would also like to make one for my mum.

This is my heart that is going to be cut out on the laser cutter. I'm going to paint once it has been laser cut then I am painting over it blue. Today I am also designing the template for my box. I have just taken a snapshot from the website and added my own things to it. Then we went to the laser cutter box template went to BFMP and out lined the heart and then we added it to the proper box. Then I took a snap shot of the template and box. After that I put the picture on my website. Which you are seeing and reading.

The Fragrance of my candle is going to be vanilla. I am using the natural bees are us beeswax for my candle.

We have finally completed the aroha box. My gift is for my parents. I am putting in my candle, finishing the chocolate truffles, completing the box and wrapping it up. I am also adding in my Christmas tree decoration. I am putting the golden star sprinkles on my truffles and my goal with the truffles is trying not to handle it to much because it makes the chocolate gross. The scent I want is strawberry. I wasn't here last week so I wasn't to sure if they had made the candles yet though. so I have just finished my truffles and I have finished my candle. My fragrance was mango with 2 drops of peach blossom. We have finished everything and I have really enjoyed tech this year and making the aroha box.
