To educate young people’s minds on the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle. To promote physical competency that all students are confident individuals and feel comfortable exercising for pleasure.
Students will understand what impact sport, recreation and physical activity as at both a social and mental level as well as health and fitness.
Students, through being inspired by us as teachers, will have a genuine love for a range of sports/activities. They will embed this love into their adulthood and use it as a core value that they live by.
