Asher's house

When Cam and her family first got to Promise, Maine in chapter 10, they met Asher, who let them stay in his house. Cam stayed in Asher’s house for almost every night from when she arrived at Promise, Maine until the day she died. Asher’s house is a very square, very white home stacked on top os itself in square layers like a wedding cake. At the top of the house is a widow’s walk which, instead of being splintery railings in a roof like other widow’s walks, had a glass room, which Cam turned into her bedroom.
