The theme of National Archives Hunters: Capitol Chase is Be responsible for what you did and own it. For example, In chapter 5, Luna stole the George Washington Miniature in the National Archives Museum. She doesn’t reveal it to everyone that she did and because of that she has a lot people searching for her(like a heist).Because Luna stole an item(a very valuable item) which is part of a museum for a long time, many people including the Carter family wanted to find it. So many people from the FBI, Police, and even some families who work in facilities were angry and so she was being hunted on. But iff Luna didn’t steal the item, then nobody would be hunting down for her and this mystery/heist wouldn’t have started in the first place. Therefore, being responsible for what you did is very important if you want have a peaceful life. But then Luna changed. For example, In chapter 46, after stealing 4 very important items, Luna finally apologized to everyone and returned the items to the FBI. So because she did that Everyone finally forgave her. Iris, one of the other main characters and one of the twins finally started to become friends with Luna. If she never returned the items or apologized then nobody would forgive her, she would never make friends, the mystery/heist would still be going and everyone would still be hunting her down. That’s why the theme of National Archives Hunters: Capitol Chase is Be responsible for what you did and own it.
