In these 5 very short chapters(pg 166-176), the family splits up in the Boston Public Library. Iris encounters the girl that stole 2 artifacts, almost 3. Ike and others were waiting for confirmation as time was ticking, as current time in the book was 1:27 PM. Basically these chapters were intense but short in the plot.
