Khan Academy Kids is a comprehensive early learning resource that can be used to help students get individual practice with important foundational learning material. It's pretty easy to get started: Just let students follow their automatic learning path, and check in on a regular basis to see how they're doing. 

Common core games, it’s free, but has a premium version. Does have ads.

One of the nice things about Prodigy is how relatively easy it is to implement for students working at home or at school. Since it differentiates well and features good in-game instruction, students can be off working at different grade levels and at their own pace, not worrying about anyone but the teacher knowing what they're working on. 

Since the focus of Twelve a Dozen is on learning through play as opposed to targeted skill practice, the game will serve best as a supplement to instruction. In order to fully benefit and understand what they are doing, kids should have a basic understanding of the four mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) before playing.

In a nutshell, Padlet is an online bulletin board. Teachers can use this tool in myriad ways. For example, Padlet users can pose open-ended questions and elicit multiple student responses—ideal for posing document-based questions using primary sources. Users can also create their own "post-it" notes in response to a directed question among many other uses.

This website is full of free content designed to help educators understand and implement the Common Core State Standards. This site features classroom examples of innovative teaching methods and insights into student learning, tools for mathematics instruction that teachers can use immediately, and video tours of the ideas and materials on the site.

Illuminations is a project designed by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) and supported by the Verizon Foundation. NCTM serves as a content partner for Thinkfinity, the Verizon Foundation's free online professional learning community, where Illuminations is the primary contributor of resources for teaching and learning mathematics for grades pre-K—12.

Incubated at the National Academy of Sciences, SERP was founded in 2003 to bridge the worlds of education research, practice, and design. The organization is designed to provide the infrastructure to make a coherent and sustained research, development, and implementation program possible. SERP establishes long-term partnerships with school districts addressing critical problems of practice identified by the district partner. Accomplished researchers from leading universities are recruited to tackle multiple dimensions of the problem and user-centered design is incorporated to generate classroom friendly solutions. SERP products are made available to all districts.

Part of the Math Assessment Project has involved research into how the materials are used in classrooms, their effect on teaching practices, and how Professional Development can be used to support the goals of the Mathematics Assessment Project materials. A major strand of this has been a joint effort with the Algebra Teaching Study at UC Berkeley and Michigan State to develop the Teaching for Robust Understanding of Mathematics (TRU Math) suite of tools for Professional Development and research. During development of TRU Math, it became clear that the concepts could be generalized into a framework that was applicable across subjects.

How to Learn Math is a free class for learners of all levels of mathematics. There are 6 sessions, the first three are approximately 10 minutes long and the last three approximately 20 mins long.  It combines really important information on the brain and learning with new evidence on the best ways to approach and learn math effectively. Many people have had negative experiences with math, and end up disliking math or failing. This class will give learners of math the information they need to become powerful math learners, it will correct any misconceptions they have about what math is, and it will teach them about their own potential to succeed and the strategies needed to approach math effectively. If you have had past negative experiences with math this will help change your relationship to one that is positive and powerful.
