Meet Ashley, PTA Secretary and proud Park Hill original. Ashley started her PTA journey 9 years ago at Hewitt Elementary and helped launch the Park Hill PTA as Fundraising VP when the school opened in 2022. She served two years as President, where she built traditions from the ground up, mentored new board members, and turned Penny Wars into the most anticipated fundraiser of the year. She calls it a labor of love, and honestly, it’s her superpower. Whether she’s mentoring new board members, putting out fires (figurative… mostly), or making sure every event has snacks and sign-up sheets, she does it with heart, humor, and a planner that’s probably color-coded.
She’s a Radiologic Technologist by day and a full-time mom to four amazing kids: a daughter in Austin, a Texas Tech Red Raider, a French horn-playing high schooler, and a third grader here at Park Hill. Her idea of the perfect day? A quiet beach, a good book, and a giant jar of pickles (anything but sweet) and an extra cup of limes.
If you don’t know her yet, just look for the person quietly getting it all done, and probably already collecting coins for the next round of Penny Wars.

Big heart, bright energy- that's Jennifer! Her love language? Spreadsheets, snacks, and saying “just one more balloon.” That’s Jennifer: wife, mom of three (Logan, Levi, and Lainey), PTA Programs Chair, balloon arch enthusiast, and charcuterie board connoisseur.
Originally from Germany, she’s still getting used to the American school system, but that hasn’t slowed her down one bit. She’s likely planning at least three events in her head right now, armed with a color-coded to-do list, coffee, and an eye for all things extra. When she’s not dreaming up themed school events, she’s running her small business, The Weaver Craft House, creating custom laser-engraved and embroidered pieces with flair.
Jennifer thrives on creativity, controlled chaos, and the thrill of a perfectly organized spreadsheet. If there’s a celebration happening, she’s probably behind it (and already fluffing a balloon garland).
Meet Jennifer -aka J-Dubs- our go-getter with Panther pride in her DNA! Her love for the PTA runs deep, inspired by her own mom who was a PTA superhero at Hewitt Elementary back in the day (Go Panthers!). From her very first event at Park Hill Elementary, Jennifer knew she was all in—ready to roll up her sleeves and dive into every opportunity to support students and staff.
When she's not bringing the energy to the PTA, Jennifer is living her best life with her husband Brandon and their fun-loving daughter McKayla. Together, they’re always up for a game night, spontaneous swim session, travel adventure, or firing up the grill for a backyard BBQ bash.
A proud 2007 Midway High School grad, Jennifer is thrilled to give back to the community she loves by building meaningful relationships and making unforgettable memories with the PHE PTA. Once a Panther, always a Panther!

Bringing warmth, wit, and membership magic- it's Michelle! Michelle Griffith is the friendly face behind Membership at Park Hill PTA! A passionate reader, sourdough baker, and gardening enthusiast, Michelle brings warmth and energy to everything she does. She’s a proud mom of three amazing kids, two of whom are Panthers themselves, and her family can often be found exploring parks, visiting the zoo, or soaking up the sunshine in the great outdoors.
When it comes to vacation vibes, Michelle is team mountains all the way (sorry, beach lovers!), and she proudly reps her favorite football team, the Houston Texans. Whether she’s cultivating community or cultivating her garden, Michelle is all about connection, joy, and making Park Hill a place where everyone feels at home.

Lights, Camera, Dani! If you spot someone snapping pics at every event and making our social media shine, that's Dani in action. A talented photographer with a background in social media, she also writes for the Waco Moms blog and volunteers with Unbridled Equine Therapy—a cause close to her heart. Her daughter Lyric is headed into 1st grade, and Dani, along with her husband Cody and their pack of pups, loves all things music, game nights, and family fun.
Last year, she brought the spirit to spirit days and found creative ways to make school feel magical. Now, she’s bringing that same energy behind the lens—capturing memories and highlighting all the moments that make Park Hill special.
