HOW IT WORKS
Each day of the month is assigned a dollar amount - $1 for Day 1, $2 for Day 2, and so on through $31 for Day 31. You simply choose a day (or more!) and donate the amount that matches the date.
Example:
Choose Day 5? Donate $5
Pick Day 20? Donate $20
Want to go big with Day 31? That’s $31 toward our cause!
Every donation helps fund important PTA programs and classroom support at our school. Fill the calendar, make a difference, and help us reach our goal—one day at a time!
Individual and Family calendars are available!
The money raised will be evenly divided between each registrants teacher.
Example: A family calendar has two (2) students, and they raise $200. $100 will go to Teacher 1 and $100 will go to Teacher 2

Fundraiser Dates: September 1st - September 30th
If you choose to collect cash, please ensure the donations are made via your fundraising page. We will not collect any cash.
Prizes will be delivered to your student(s) home room onece per week
Dates for school wide incentives will be announced at a later date
Colore and style of incentive items can vary from graphics shown.

Personalize your calendar with a picture & select your fundraiser group
Fundraiser Group (individual): select your student’s teacher
Fundraiser Group (family): select “Family”
ADD CONTACTS
Add contacts to your fundraising and let TeamFi reach out on your behalf!
Once the fundraiser goes live on September 1st, a text message will be sent to your contact(s) asking them to support your fundraising efforts.
Text messages will be sent out every four days or until the contact makes a donation or opts-out for a two week period. For example: Day 0 (Launch date), Day 4, Day 8, and Day 12

Share your calendar link with your friends and family!
A printed version of the calendar was sent home with each student. This is a fun way to keep your student(s) engaged with the fundraiser. Shade in each day that gets donated and share it on your social media.

Whether you are completing a calendar or purchasing a Buy Out plan, we want to reward your hard work!
For each tier achieved below, each student in the family will receive the prize listed for the tier. For example, if you have two students listed on your family calendar/buy out plan, each student will receive the prizes listed below as goals are met.
DRAWING FOR PRIZES
For each individual tier that a student achieves, they will receive one (1) entry into the drawing that will be held as the end of the fund raiser. We will be drawing for family friendly and fun prizes on a date to be announced at a later time. Drawing prizes will be announced on the PTA Facebook page and website.

For each tier achived below, the entire school will get to participate in the activies below.

Our goal is to keep everyone up to date with our fundraising efforts, please follow the Park Hill Elementary PTA Facebook page for updates. Updates will also be sent out periodically via Parent Square.
