Each season brings my least favorite part: Paperwork. There are three main categories of paperwork that need to be completed. Note that none of these forms get returned to the coaching staff. They all go directly to the front office or the ImPact screeners.
Medical Paperwork:
The district finally wised up and went all digital with this process! Each player will need to set up and manage their paperwork through the Privit Portal.
The main requirements: Physical form and MSHSAA release forms
SWAY Testing:
This system is the same one we used the last 2 years.
SWAY screening is good for two years. All 10th and 12th graders should be covered if they tested last year.

If you need to do SWAY, the procedure is:
Athletes download SWAY app on their phone
Complete the SWAY medical release form on the Privit Portal
Complete SWAY testing with the athletic trainer at PHHS
