In Springdale, personal guidance is carried out through a regular conversation with the personal formation mentor. The mentor is tasked to act as the student’s guide, coach, older brother, mature friend, and father in school.
The mentoring system is where the goals of wisdom and virtue are personalized. Each mentor guides the mentee to attain all the goals of education, although they spend more time focusing on particular virtues. The mentoring system is the school's strongest instrument for personal formation.
The clubs aim to complement the students' development in leadership & responsibility by engaging them in activities within their interests. Every club is proactive as it will be run by the students, with the teacher moderators and coaches supporting them.
Professionalism in running the clubs is the aim of training from coaches & teacher- instructors. The clubs must be self–sustaining in their activities, which include some social or community projects.
Clubs may accept members who are not Springdale students.
Our alumni are well-formed Christian gentlemen and leaders who try their best to be men of dedicated service and excellence for their respective families, immediate communities, and professional networks.
The Father’s Day celebration is the most anticipated event in PAREF Springdale School. This is participated by our parents, students, teachers, alumni, and the other stakeholders of the school. It is similar to the family day of the other schools. Here, we celebrate and honor the efforts of the head of the family, the fathers. This event is also the culmination of the year-long competition between the Vinta and Anchor Houses.
This activity aims to foster greater friendship and bond between the father and son. Activities like excursions, camp-outs, team building, and recollections are organized to strengthen their relationship and to get to know the other dads and their sons.
