Leadership and Planning includes guidance, requirements, and considerations for school districts regarding district and school-wide logistical and operational issues with which districts will contend in planning to reopen schools. These areas represent the larger structural and leadership components that will be ongoing and responsive throughout the school year to ensure appropriate implementation and revision.
