Here is a quick 5- 10 minute workout you can use as a warm-up or if you are limited on time for that day:
Jumping Jacks- (20 total), Make sure your arms and feet go in and out at the same time just like we did in class.
Skier- (30 seconds), Stand in place with your feet together, move side to side (left + right) using your arms while staying in your spot the whole time.
High Knees- (30 seconds) Stand in place with your feet apart this time, try to push yours knees one foot at a time as high as you can in the air using your arms.
Scissors- (30 seconds) Stand in place with your feet apart, alternating your left and right foot going forward and backwards, making sure your left arm in going forward with your left feet and your right arm going forward with the right foot, your motion will look like using a pair of scissors.
Running in Place- (30 seconds) Running but staying in your same spot, move your arms + feet at the same time as fast you as can. You can do each exercise once or a couple different times. Remember to rest after each set and take a water drink when needed. Great job and keep on moving.
