The NextGen Leaders Workshop responds to the gaps in professionalism, communication, and teamwork among the students and staff who are working at or with the Office of Student Services. Many Student Council members, tutors, and club members are often equipped with academic knowledge but limited in structured training, coordination, time management, and peer-mentor ability. This workshop provides a structured program to build professionalism, strengthen collaboration, and equip students with skills to lead effectively.

Continue Growth: The NextGen Leaders Workshop embraces learning, self-improvement, and feedback to ensure that development persists, despite the roles and responsibilities with the OSS.
