Our Nutrition & Dietetic Program is an individual member of the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative. We follow the philosophy of envisioning a world where people are equipped and inspired to pursue lifelong health and wellness.
Teaching kitchens are dynamic, hands-on learning environments where people gain essential life skills. They offer engaging, practical experiences that empower participants with healthy cooking techniques and nutrition along with self-care practices like mindfulness, physical activity, and behavioral health coaching. In both physical and virtual teaching kitchens, people of all backgrounds come together to practice life-enhancing and health-promoting skills.
