Staff Structure
Paper Airplanes is overseen by a Board of Directors and Advisory Board, which are composed of our founder, Bailey Ulbricht, and former senior staff of Paper Airplanes. Ibrahim Alaboud, the Executive Director, oversees daily organizational operations.
