These resources are intended to supplement, not replace, the content that will be provided by teachers over the time we are not physically at school. Your child will have joined Google Classrooms for each of their subjects. These Google Classrooms are the 'gateway' to their learning. You may have down-time during the day where you see an opportunity for your child to engage in further learning. That is where the resources on this site may be helpful.
Google Classroom is the primary point of contact for all students Learning from Home.
Email Teachers will also communicate to student through their emails. Parents/Caregivers can also email Teachers.
Google (Hangouts) Meet - video conferencing: Protocols of use for video conferencing have been shared with students, staff and parents, explaining the appropriate etiquette during online calls
Additional Learning Tools:
Other learning tools may be used to supplement the learning programmes (e.g. Google Sites, Education Perfect)
To ensure consistency, Google Classroom will remain the primary landing space for all students (with links to additional learning activities and tools uploaded to the Classroom stream)
Learning Support students: Students with Teacher Aide/Specialist Teacher funding will still be able to access support while learning from home
Students need a dedicated space for learning, free from distraction, and a device they can use to access the learning.
