This songbook is comprised of various waiata and ngeri previously written by Ngāti Pāoa and Hauraki composers. These items have been brought together and practiced in preparation for the Ngāti Pāoa Claims Settlement Bill 2025.

Nā konā mātou te kapa o Te Hao Rangatahi o Kohukohunui tōwaitia ake i te ia me te rere (o te wairua me ngā kupu) hei whakamaharatanga i te haerenga roa ā ngā waewae kaipakiaka o Ngāti Pāoa me ngā take Tiriti.
