Visiting Campus: During school hours, parents or other visitors who wish to access the school are expected to report to the School Office with a Parent ID.
Visitor policy: Guests will be asked to sign in and hand in a form of ID. They will be issued a “visitor’s badge” that should be displayed when walking around the school, and they must be accompanied by an authorised member of the Panyaden community.
Visitors who are not issued a staff, student, or parent lanyard must complete the designated Visitor Form before entering the campus. The form and the accompanying Visitor Letter must be provided to visitors prior to their arrival.
To help us safeguard our students, visitors:
must wear the visitor’s badge all the time while on school premises
may use only the bathroom designated for adults
are not permitted to socialise with students unless they are entering the school in a capacity where this is expected. In this case, the expectations around safeguarding apply to the visitors in the same way as a member of staff.
may not take photos of students unless given explicit prior permission by a school leader
should leave the campus premises after they have completed the purpose for their visit
must return the badge upon departure.
