Session Description
In the session, participants will move beyond navigation and data inquiry to identify and practice using Panorama in their daily or weekly work. Differentiated based on the target role for the session, participants will identify existing systems and routines that can be made more effective through the application of social-emotional learning data and Panorama’s platform capabilities. They will then plan to leverage Panorama to elevate those existing practices. In addition, the session will also include instruction and support learning about potentially unfamiliar or new practices made possible with the Panorama platform, and participants will choose one new routine to implement into their work. This session is recommended for after participants have already achieved fluency navigating and understanding Panorama’s platform, and is designed for a group of learners who share a similar role.

Session Description
In the session, participants will prepare for conversations with family and community members about an individual student’s social and emotional learning (SEL) data. Throughout the session, participants will reflect on previous systems and structures that foster parent and community involvement in student support, and leverage those systems and structures to focus on holistic support of students’ SEL. Offering differentiated pathways and deliverables throughout, the workshop will guide participants through the process of defining, analyzing, and discussing SEL data in the Panorama platform on an individual student’s page. Following the workshop, participants will have tools and scaffolds for continuing conversations about students’ SEL data with family and community members.
Session Description
This session will focus specifically on “Tier 1” or school-level survey results about Social-Emotional Learning, grounding users in a shared definition of social-emotional learning. The session will also draw key connections between how data about social-emotional learning supports academic outcomes and can be leveraged to advance educational equity and excellence for every student. Learners will be guided through a scaffolded and interactive process by which they will not only navigate and understand the survey results, but also apply intentional data protocols to unpack and reflect on areas of celebration and growth to focus on in school-wide (“Tier 1”) efforts.

Session Description
In the session, participants will understand how to use Panorama to identify individual or small groups of students that may benefit from supplemental support above and beyond what is offered to every student, or at Tier 1. They will practice grouping students within Panorama and learn how to use Panorama to document interventions, as a source of record and a collaboration tool with other educators with whom they work. This session will focus specifically on “Tier 2” or student- and group-level survey data about Social-Emotional Learning, and will build on the foundation offered in either “School-Level (Tier 1) Data Inquiry with Social-Emotional Learning Data” or “Getting Started with Panorama for Social-Emotional Learning”.
