Mental Well-being during summer
As you all know summer holidays are approaching, during this time your mental well being is still really important to the college. During the summer holidays, you can relax, chill out in the sun and get some rest before coming back to school in September.
If you every feel low or feel as if you need some support you can always reach out to peer mentors, teachers and anyone who you trust. As we are a community where the individual matters, your mental well being is important to all. Here are some tips to keep happy over the summer holidays:
Spend time with your friends and family.
Enjoy the sun, remember to wear suncream.
Relax and take your mind off everything worrying you.
Keep in touch with your friends.
Have fun!
Our biggest advice to you would be to focus on yourself and not to worry about what your friends are doing, especially when you see it on social media, as in some point in your life you will experience the same things as your friends do! Never let the fear of missing out ruin what you're doing.
