Secretary General
Hi everyone! My name is Isabela Wiedemann, I am a senior at PASPOA, and the Secretary General of POAMUN VI. I joined the MUN club back in Grade 7, where I discovered my passion for debating and diplomacy. Since then, I’ve had the honor of serving as Head Chair during POAMUN IV, Press Corps Director in POAMUN V, and now as Secretary General. I love MUN, and POAMUN holds a special place in my heart because it’s more than just a conference, it’s a space where middle schoolers and high schoolers come together to grow not only as students but as people. As this is my final POAMUN, I’m committed to making it the best edition yet. I can’t wait to welcome you all to Porto Alegre! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at poamun@panamerican.com.br.
Under-Secretary General for UN Councils
Under-Secretary General for Special Committees
Hi everyone! I’m Joana, a junior at PASPOA, and I’m thrilled to be serving as the Under-Secretary General for UN Councils at POAMUN VI! It is an honor to take part in this conference’s secretariat, because POAMUN has shaped my love for MUN so deeply. I have loved Model United Nations since I was 11, and over the last 4 years I have become heavily devoted to learning about foreign affairs, in addition to being involved in several conferences all over Brazil. I love watching delegates grow in confidence through debate and I hope I can do that at this incredible conference that has meant so much to me. I am very grateful for this opportunity to grow as an UnderSec, contribute to an incredible conference, and meet our chairs and delegates with open arms! I am so excited to meet all of you! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me for any doubts or concerns. We’re here for anything you may need! Reach me at: 2027jbittencourt@panamerican.com.br
Hello delegates! I’m Amanda, a sophomore at PASPOA, and I’m honored to be serving as Under-Secretary General for Special Committees at POAMUN VI. POAMUN is very special to me as it marked the start of my MUN journey many years ago. MUN is completely responsible for my love for diplomacy and debate. I believe the beauty of MUN is thinking outside the box to solve our world’s most pressing issues, as well as watching delegates grow in debate and compromise to reach a common ground. I am beyond grateful for this opportunity as UnderSec, to work along with our chairs and help guide them to create committees that are truly special. I am extremely excited to meet all of you and make POAMUN IV unforgettable. Please reach out in case of any doubts, 2028ariedner@panamerican.com.br. See you in December!
Chief Operations Officer
Press Corps Director
Hey everyone! My name is Roberto and I am the Chief Operations Officer for POAMUN VI. I am a senior at PASPOA and even though I joined our MUN club here at our school at my junior year, I quickly fell in love with the club and the idea of debating. The COO position during POAMUN was one of the motivation factors for me. I am thrilled to take on the operational and financial responsibilities, being behind the scenes to support the fantastic work our delegates and leadership team do, creating an environment where students can learn, engage, and grow. I hope my skills in this position will make this conference even better than the previous years. My goal is to ensure that POAMUN VI is a memorable and orderly experience for all participants. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me through: 2026rsilva@panamerican.com.br.

My name is Daniel Sena, born and raised in Salvador da Bahia and moved to Brasília, our country's capital, before college. I currently teach High School World History, Economics, and Middle School Individuals & Societies. I hold a degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília (UnB). Being part of the MUN program allows me to bridge classroom learning with real-world global issues, helping students apply their knowledge in meaningful, practical contexts. MUN is also an opportunity to foster a sense of community and global citizenship that extends beyond the school environment.
