INITIAL CONSULTATION - we discuss the overall scope of the project and determine your vision for the project

MASTER PLAN - we create an overall master plan of the entire property and propose an overall, long-term plan for the entire property to ensure a cohesive, unified design

DESIGN AND BUDGET PRESENTATION - we meet to review the design options, overall costs, planning phases, and priorities tailored to your needs

DEVELOP CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS - we develop the design into a detailed set of drawings to be sent to either a licensed general contractor or landscape contractor

PHASED IMPLEMENTATION - following completion of construction documents, we will coordinate and work with a general or landscape contractor to assure that the construction is completed so as to uphold the design intent
