Welcome to Palo Alto University (PAU)! Join us on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, for the Unified Student Orientation, which is specifically designed to equip you with everything you need to begin your journey at PAU.
Who: New PAU students beginning their studies in Fall 2025!
What: Unified Student Orientation
Where: Mountain View Community Center or Online (Zoom)
When: Tuesday, September 9, 2025. 9:15am-1:30pm PT (in-person) or 10:00am-12:15pm PT (online)
During the Unified Student Orientation, you will:
Successfully transition into life at PAU
Meet students across programs and build your network
Explore campus resources and support services
Learn how to get involved through student clubs and organizations
Connect with faculty, staff, and university leadership
Unified Student Orientation will be held residentially at the Mountain View Community Center and online via Zoom for those who cannot attend in person. We encourage all students to participate to have the most complete and informed experience! This event complements your program-specific orientation and does not replace the valuable insights and opportunities you will gain within your program orientation.
Day of Schedule:
9:15am - 10:00am In-person Check-In and Breakfast
9:45am Virtual Zoom Room Opens
10:00am - 12:15pm Opening Remarks, Ice Breaker, Break Student Panel, Closing Remarks
12:15pm - 1:30pm In-Person Involvement Fair and Lunch

Joining us online for Unified Student Orientation? Download one of our official PAU Zoom backgrounds to proudly represent the university and stay connected with your new community. These backgrounds are designed to bring a professional and welcoming PAU presence to your virtual meetings.
Palo Alto University has partnered with Vector LMS to provide mandatory training modules for students and employees. In addition to supporting PAU goals and values, these trainings also meet institutional compliance objectives. Therefore, each student is required to take the following pieces of training at least once prior to qualifying for graduation:

Sexual Assault Prevention for Adult Learners
Sexual Assault Prevention Ongoing: Healthy Relationships
