Calligraphic Line Drawing

Students learn and practice sighting techniques through creating a still life drawing. They focus on the recreating the objects on their paper by looking at their relationships in size, shape, and space. To finish their drawing, they create calligraphic style lines using a permanent marker. To emphasize certain lines, they vary the thickness of their drawn lines.
