Rules and Guideline

All students are expected to adhere to Palmerton Area Junior High rules and guidelines as stated in the student handbook. In addition, there are a few rules for our individual classroom.

• All students must come to class on time and prepared with class materials. This means be in your seat and ready to begin class at the bell. You will not be able to go back to your locker.
• Ask to go to the bathroom either at the beginning of class or at the end of class. Try to avoid asking during the middle of class, unless it is an emergency.
• The teacher will dismiss the students at the end of class not the bell.
• If you are absent, is it your responsibility to find out what you missed. Please ask me at the beginning of the period, not halfway through the lesson. You will have as many days as you were out to complete any missed work.
• Any missed assignments may be made up for half credit. It is your responsibility to give me the assignment if you want the credit!
• Assignments missed due to absence may always be made up for full credit.
