If you are school-based, please complete the below activities as your prerequisite to taking the Yellow Belt class:

2. Pass the quiz

3. Be sure to download your certificate when done so that you can upload it to your Yellow Belt registration form.

Inservice Points:
Points (3) are available for this course only upon completion of the Yellow Belt course (12) for a total of 15 points.

As a prerequisite to attending our Yellow Belt classes, District Office participants must first complete the free online 70-minute course ("Lean Six Sigma Foundations") which can be found in LinkedIn Learning. We will set you up with free access to this area of LinkedIn after you complete the Service Request.

1. Be sure you are signed in to the District Portal.

2. Click this link.

3. Click on SUBMIT REQUEST

4. Fill out form & submit (at the top)

Once your access to LinkedIn Learning is set, you will receive an email from LinkedIn Learning with specific instructions.

Please follow these instructions carefully in order to complete the "Lean Six Sigma Foundations" course. This is what we are referring to as "White Belt."
