All Edline school websites have been replaced with SchoolMessenger websites. District and department public websites were replaced in late 2018. We are now working on the new District Intranet, which will go live in April 2019. The website software product implemented is called SchoolMessenger. All school and department webmasters will be trained to update and maintain their SchoolMessenger web pages.
This "SchoolMessenger Resource Center" is available to all looking for "how to" assistance as it relates to the SchoolMessenger software, maintaining school and District websites, and the overall SchoolMessenger implementation project.
A “SchoolMessenger for School Webmasters“ training class has been scheduled in each month of 2019. These classes are primarily for school staff members newly assigned to edit and maintain their school’s website.
And, a “SchoolMessenger for Functional Department Webmasters“ training class has been scheduled in each month of 2019. These classes are primarily for department staff members newly assigned to edit and maintain their functional public or intranet web pages.
In eLearning, use ‘Find Learning’ to search on ‘Webmasters’ & enroll in the SchoolMessenger course of your choice. Currently, only the February - June 2019 courses show. Those who complete the training will earn 6 inservice points. SchoolMessenger training-related questions may be directed to Andreina Toro at andreina.toro@palmbeachschools.org or PX 86390.

To ensure your website remains an important communication tool for your students, parents & other visitors, your SchoolMessenger home page template includes news articles in the top left next to the large image banners. Some schools are using that space not for current news articles, but instead for longer term information. To assist in understanding the difference, below are definitions and examples of each.
