Core Curriculum Teachers
These core teachers teach math, science, individuals in societies, language and literature and world language courses. Your child will be placed on a Grade 6 team and will have core classes taught by members of the assigned teaching team. Students will have a Nest teacher who they will spend the first 20 minutes of each school day with and where they will learn tools to transition successfully to Grade 6 and then on to Grade 7. Students will have a locker where they will store their backpack and belongings during the day. The locker will be inside one of the core teaching team teachers' classrooms.
