School counselors and our school psychologist are available to provide both individual and group counseling to any students in need of support. Students are able to stop in to the counseling office, as needed, to discuss anything that may be overwhelming, challenging, or causing a difficulty at the present time. Common challenges that can arise during high school years could be conflict with peers or family, family dynamics (divorce, remarriage), stress, depression, anxiety, identity development, and more. If you are interested in scheduling a counseling meeting, you can also follow the link below, email your counselor directly, or stop in to the counseling office.
