Dinners are provided November 17-20 since we stay through until 8:00 p.m.

The meals for this year are:

• Mon. Nov. 16 - Pasta

• Tues. Nov. 17 - Pizza

• Wed. Nov. 18 - Subs

• Thurs. Nov. 19 - Chicken fingers & mac and cheese

Meals are $5 each, you may select and pay for only the meals you're interested in

EVERYONE needs to fill out this form, even to say that you will be bringing your own meals

If you are purchasing meals, send cash or a check made out to PMMS Musical (you may combine multiple items on one check)

Shout-outs are $5 each, you may submit the form as many times as you'd like!

You do NOT need to fill this out if we already have your child's size from the Musical Parent Form

You may use this form to purchase ADDITIONAL shirts for family members
