Department Enrollment Policy -

AP English Language and AP English Literature are open to all PCHS students. Students who want to enroll in AP level English make the request with their counselor during fall semester programming.

These are rigorous English courses that are reading and writing intensive. Use the College Board link below to view the course outline. It's recommended that students are successfully completing honors-level English before enrolling in AP.

Summer assignments are required and posted on the English Dept. webpage or can be found using the "students" tab on the palihigh.org home page where all English Dept. summer reading is posted.
