DUAL ENROLLMENT
Dual Enrollment (DE) courses allow students to earn both high school and college credits. The Dual Enrollment courses offered are through Laurel Ridge Community College, but a high school teacher who has been approved by Laurel Ridge teaches the course at Luray High School. There is a cost associated with the course, but it is a much lower rate (75% discount) than what a student would pay at the community college. In order for students to receive the college credit associated with the course, they must earn a grade of C or higher.
