More than 300 art teachers, prospective teachers, college and university professors, and retirees from around the Commonwealth will attend our upcoming conference. The conference provides you with an opportunity to speak directly with one of your most important markets.
The exhibition hall will be open for conference participants to visit your booths from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Friday, 10/10 and Saturday 10/11. A representative is expected to be present at your booth during all hours the exhibition hall is open. We have a few PAEA committee members that can help relieve you if needed for lunch and bathroom breaks. The exhibition space will be locked during off hours. Dismantling of your display may begin AFTER 4:00 pm on Saturday. PAEA will not be held responsible for unmanned booths.
Set up:
The exhibition hall will open at 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Thursday 10/9 for exhibitors to set up displays.
Shipping Information:
Due to limited space for storage of exhibit materials, shipments will not be received prior to October 6, 2025. Information regarding shipping can be found on this form. If you have specific questions please reach out to our Convention Services Manager at the Sheraton. Be sure to mention this is for the PAEA Conference.

Any individual or company can purchase advertising in the PAEA Conference Program or pay to have materials placed in conference bags provided to every attendee.
