What's one kind thing someone did for you recently?
How do you show family your gratitude? Friends?
Who did you thank today? Who thanked you?
What is your favorite gift that you've received? Why?
What made you smile today?

As an extra challenge this month, I encourage you to make a gratitude list.

Write down something or someone that you are grateful for each day of the month! Place this list somewhere as a reminder for tough days.
