It is proven year after year that of all the scouts in the Cub Scout Program, the ones that get the most from it are the ones whose parents volunteer. Your scout and you will have more to talk about, and it gives your Scout a chance to see you as a leader, something for them to aspire to. See yourself stepping up and leading. And the more parents who get involved, the less work there is for each volunteer, and the more successful the Pack and each volunteer will be.
