Student Practicum Timesheets

Students: Please complete the timesheet below and submit to your field instructor. Your practicum seminar instructor will require you to submit a copy of your hours as an assignment in your course. You will receive a copy of your signed timesheet once your field instructor has approved your hours. You can submit that timesheet to your course instructor via their Moodle course site or by the method your instructor prefers.
