SOT 21-Day Racial Equity Habit Challenge

Make a habit of being Anti-Racist.

Join Pacific University School of Occupational Therapy over the next 21-days as we utilize the 21-Day Racial Equity Habit Challenge created by Dr. Eddie Moore Jr., to help root out oppression, bias, and micro-aggressions, and work towards personal change.

The task is simply to engage in one activity each day to expand your understanding of equity, privilege, power, and oppression.

We have curated a list that may be particularly relevant to students of occupational therapy as well as other healthcare professions using a model for Becoming Anti-Racist developed by surgeryredesign.com. Join us in a daily suggestion, or select your own options to engage with content that is meaningful to you.

The organizers of these materials acknowledge that certain resources and prompts included here are not representative of the experiences or needs of BIPOC participants. This is not intended to exclude BIPOC participants, but to hold white participants accountable for learning and reflection in ways that will grow understanding about racism and white supremacy.
