Promote your club and recruit volunteers as needed

Request insurance certificate from your insurer listing Power to Change Ministries as "additional insured" - if needed, complete Proof of Insurance form to get ours first for your insurer to create a reciprocal one

Before the first session, work with the head coach to prepare U-Talk forms for each participant

Tally up completed U-Talk forms and submit numbers by completing Partner Survey Event Report

Debrief with your team and complete Partner Survey Event Feedback 

We prepare final invoice when the Partner Survey Event Report is received, kindly understand that until then the account balance for the partnership may not have been updated with registration incomes
