Organizing Committee (2022-2023)
Recent BSA Leadership Shifts
In efforts to increase the transparency of BSA, there have been some shifts to be aware of. BSA's leadership framework is now called the Organizing Committee (OComm) and uses a horizontal leadership style. This leadership style means there are no established roles such as president or treasurer; what we've sought to do is use our strengths to rather lead as a group. Our new framework also means we create subcommittees that general body members can join and contribute as they see fit. A subcommittee could be anything from student events like Apollo Night or organizing for student activism.
