Good Afternoon Class of 2026 and families,
We have finally received confirmation for our Disney Grad Night, for May 28th. Last year, the students were asked which type of activities they wanted to participate in and the majority voted for the opportunity to go to Disneyland--specifically, the Park Hopper ticket. Disney requires the payment in full 90 days before our assigned date and they only issue a limited # of tickets to the schools for the days assigned as "Grad Nights".
This year, families will be able to provide monthly deposits of $50 in order to help pay off the full amount by March. Please read the attachment as it explains the details and where you can make the payments. The payments can be made through our webstore (CC fee will be applied) or in person with Mrs. Erickson at the ASB window. Please see the attachment for more details.
For a brief Grad Night review from what was shared at the Sr Assembly:
We leave from campus around 11:00-11:45am on the 28th and we return around 4:30am the following morning.
Students are able to visit both parks during the day--all students will be ushered into California Adventure by 10pm in order to start the "Grad Night" portion of the event. Park closes at 2am.
We take the Disney buses to Toy Story parking lot where we will find our shuttle bus to take us back home.
We make an announcement on the bus sound system once we near Westlake area so you can call home and have someone pick you up from the student parking lot.
Grad Night is a privilege for graduating Seniors and I know it seems far away, but it will be here before we know it. Please make sure to maintain your grades in order to pass your graduation required classes, attend school daily and on time! You have worked diligently for so long, do not add unnecessary and avoidable obstacles in your way.
We will be hosting several lunchtime games for the next couple of weeks to compete for class points.
Winter Rally is Nov 19th with a theme of Nightmare Before Christmas!!
Sr Class Photo is Nov 21st AND the Sr class extra 10 minutes of lunch for winning the back to school and HC spirit weeks. The photo will be on the field.

"Just keep swimming… right into high school!"
Welcome to your freshman year, Spartans! Like Nemo starting his big ocean adventure, you’re about to explore new waters — new friends, new classes, and new opportunities. Don’t be afraid to swim outside your comfort zone, ask for help when you need it, and take in all the exciting experiences ahead. Every great journey starts with a single splash — so dive in!
"We scare because we care… about your success!"
Welcome back, Class of 2028! You’ve survived your first year in the big world of high school, and now you’re ready to power up your sophomore year. Like Mike and Sulley, you’ll find that teamwork, laughter, and a little creativity can turn even the scariest challenges into something amazing. This year, face each day with courage, humor, and a monster-sized work ethic!
"Ka-chow! Time to shift into high gear!"
Hey Class of 2027, it’s race time! Junior year is all about acceleration — challenging classes, leadership opportunities, and maybe even thinking about life after high school. Like Lightning McQueen, you might hit a few bumps in the road, but each one helps you grow faster and stronger. Keep your tank full of motivation and steer toward success — the finish line is closer than you think!
"To infinity… and graduation!"
Class of 2026, this is your moment! Like Woody, Buzz, and the gang, you’ve made incredible memories together — and now it’s time for one last big adventure before you head off to new frontiers. Cherish every moment, lift each other up, and remember that no matter where your journey takes you, you’ll always be part of the Spartan story. Let’s make this year your best one yet! To my Sr ASBers, thank you for your last year of leadership.
Looking forward to a great year!
Ms. Guizar--Activities Director
