Congratulations to Aubrie Bates, a current junior, for her phenomenal Personal Project! She created a beautiful crochet blanket while honing her communication, organization, and informational literacy skills. We are so proud of all her effort, as well as the hard work of her 30 peers who also submitted their independent, inquiry-driven projects.
Our Middle Years Program (MYP) students are diving into their Personal Projects, an exciting opportunity to explore a topic they’re passionate about. This year-long project allows students to set a personal goal, conduct research, create a product or outcome, and reflect on their learning journey. Through the Personal Project, students develop important skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and self-management, all while pursuing something meaningful to them.
