Counseling Support
Mental Health isn't always obvious
School counselors, Student wellness Specialist and School Psychologist provide school based counseling services to students
When a student's needs are more than what school personnel are able to provide in a school setting, students are referred to community partners to provide more in-depth counseling or therapy.
Student Wellness Specialists
Tier 2: counseling for 5-15% of students. Students with greater needs or that may need to be referred to a community partner agency.
RMHS Psychologist
Tier 3: Special Education Student evaluation and support. 0 - 5% of students.
Student 1 on 1 and group counseling will be updated as the school year progresses. Students are usually referred for services by school teachers, counselors, administrators and Student Intervention Specialist. Please check the Spartan Wellness Center website to see if there are any upcoming groups. These groups are confidential but some may require a parent permission slip to participate.
