Headspace is my absolute favorite app for mental health. It's similar to Calm, in that it contains tons of guided meditations, resources for supporting sleep, BUT it also has the most amazing animations that explain how to meditate, various techniques, etc. In light of COVID-19, Headspace is offering lots of free content on their "weathering the storm" page.

Youper is "like a pocket AI therapist." Sounds weird, right? But it's a great app. It helps you change your mood/pay attention to the negative thoughts you're experiencing, identify factors that impact your feelings, and gives you real-time suggestions for cognitive behavioral techniques that are scientifically-supported to help you improve your mood. Like the other apps, it also includes guided meditations.
