The NJROTC mission is to instill the values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment in students of United States secondary educational institutions. NJROTC instills values and responsibilities of good citizenship to its cadets and skills learned in this program can and will benefit the cadet in the future after graduation.
